Greenway Homes for Sale
Beaverton’s Greenway neighborhood is located just north of Highway 210 or SW. Scholls Ferry Rd. and west of the Beaverton Tigers Highway or Highway 217, south of SW. Hall Blvd. and east of SW. 125th Ave. It completely surrounds Greenway Park with several residential neighborhoods and then a large commercial complex on SW. Cascade Ave., which parallels Highway 217. The Cascade Plaza has a Nordstrom rack, Ross, numerous shops and restaurants, Macy’s, Dix Sporting Goods, Sephora, and all the fantastic amenities at Washington Square. What it's like to live in Greenway
"The Greenway neighborhood is one of the more diverse areas in Beaverton both economically and racially, which I feel is a good thing. The Fanno Creek Trail and other smaller feeder trails run throughout this area and make this an EXCELLENT place for families and active people. Businesses along Hall Blvd and Scholls Ferry are convenient and include groceries, restaurants, pubs, and other services. Neighbors and others in the area are friendly and open. No stuffy HOA or "real housewives" neighborhood politics, just good people and lots of families at varying ages. Located on the eastern edge of Beaverton, this location has good access to Portland and other areas on the South and West sides due to OR-217 proximity."
"Greenway neighborhood is not high class and rich, but it is made up of real people with a genuine sense of community. I have met so many wonderful neighbors and families. There really isn't much I would change about this area. The schools are close, grocery stores are close, and it's close to the highway. Personally, I've had no issues living in this neighborhood and would gladly stay here." - Niche.com
