Things to Do in Triple Creek

There are pros and cons to just about any neighborhood and honestly, locals say that the only con is that it's a little bit farther away from downtown Beaverton and Portland, however, you are close to the freeway, making commuting a little bit easier. But, right in this neighborhood are tons of great amenities and services. Bordering the freeway you'll find a Best Buy, Target, Barnes & Noble, a Nordstrom Rack, the Tanasbourne Village with lots of great shopping, a Trader Joe's, Safeway, Marshalls, and multiple restaurants such as Old Chicago, Biryani Corner, Red Robin, Starbucks, The Old Spaghetti Factory and Chick-fil-a.

Just over in the Tanasbourne neighborhood is a Kaiser Permanente Westside Medical Center and several other clinics and medical facilities. South of NW. Cornwall Rd. you'll find the majority of residential neighborhoods and communities tucked in among forested neighborhoods and next to the Five Oaks Middle School. Triple Creek stretches all the way south to W. Baseline Rd. and from there north to Cornwall Road, is primarily residential homes.

Salix Park runs north and south and follows Willow Creek through Triple Creek meeting up with Waterhouse Creek in a unique trifecta, hence "Triple Creek". Salix Park is also home to Heritage Village, a manufactured and mobile home park along SW. Heritage Pkwy.

Downtown Beaverton is just a couple of minutes East and downtown Portland is about 15 minutes east.
