Pre-Purchase and Home Maintenance Inspections

During our home inspections we will be inspecting the entire dwelling from foundations to roof and providing you with a thorough on-site report with pictures and details of any concerns.

Radon Measuring

Radon is the #1 cause of lung cancer in non smokers. Measuring for radon can help keep you and your family safe from it's harmful airborne decay products.

Sewer Scope

Performing a sewer scope inspection can help detect blockages, low points, intrusions,  breaks, or other defects in buried drainage pipes that may not be visible during the standard non-invasive inspection.

Drone Roof Inspection

In some cases it may be unsafe/not possible to walk the roof. In order to get a closer look at the roof in these cases we can use a drone with a 4k camera to inspect the roof line and roofing materials to detect any potential damage or needed repairs.

Underground Tank Sweep

If you're looking to purchase a home that was built prior to 1985 it's advised to have an underground tank sweep performed to potentially locate underground oil tanks or abandoned septic tanks. A leaking oil tank can lead to expensive cleanups. Find out before you purchase.

Thermal Imaging

Thermal imaging can help find potential defects that may not be able to be seen by the naked eye. With this technology and training, we can locate efficiency issues, moisture concerns, overheating electrical, and more. This service is included with all of our home inspections at no extra cost.
