Anything can happen during a real estate transaction. I mean anything! As an experienced real estate team, we've seen it all! When we represent our sellers, we take care of most of the work that goes into getting a property on the market as well as getting the representation that is required to look out for our client's best interests throughout the contractual agreement. This includes but is not limited to offering real estate advice or educated opinions, representing your best interests, negotiating on your behalf, and making sure that all the property documentation is completed to make sure you are safe.
