What Does Full-Service Mean?

Anything can happen during a real estate transaction. I mean anything!  As an experienced real estate team, we've seen it all!  When we represent our sellers, we take care of most of the work that goes into getting a property on the market as well as getting the representation that is required to look out for our client's best interests throughout the contractual agreement.  This includes but is not limited to offering real estate advice or educated opinions, representing your best interests, negotiating on your behalf, and making sure that all the property documentation is completed to make sure you are safe.  Our experience over the past 20 years gives our team hundreds of transactions that we have safely completed and experienced all kinds of hurdles that we can now keep you safe from.

Sign Post w/For Sale Sign - This usually includes a For Sale Sign and a Name Rider and usually includes a flyer box or what we like to call a "Permaflyer"!

MLS (Basic Data Entry) - This data syncs with as well as "Zillow", "Trulia", "", and "Redfin", and Thousands of other Real Estate Buyer Lead Generation Websites.

Your Own Website - - This is for you to market on your social media or text to family and friends and Find Your Own Buyer!

Secure Coordination of Buyer Showing Requests - All we need is 1 buyer, but you may get 1-20 plus showing requests to get that buyer and making sure showings are scheduled and done safely and get us buyer feedback needs systems, and we have them.

Expert Price Negotiating - Expert price negotiating starts with the right pricing structure and planning and that takes expert knowledge of market conditions and comparable sales which we have or have access too!

Securely Process Forms and Keep Records - Using Digital Signing Tools, we can keep each other social distancing while getting everything is taken care of and safe for your records.

Communication, Communication, Communication! - "Time is of the essence" is literally in the Purchase and Sales Contract and you need quick and timely responses to requests.  We are full-time real estate agents and work as a team.
